How we use cookies
Updated 3 October 2026.
Overview
Durham Patios itself sets no cookies. The only cookie you may receive comes from the embedded quote form and is needed for security. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and local storage let a site, or a service embedded in it, remember information in your browser between pages or visits.
Analytics and ads
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies on this website.
Your consent
A cookie banner is only needed for non-essential cookies. As the form's storage is strictly necessary, the law (PECR) does not require consent for it. We would ask before introducing anything else.
Our own cookies
Nothing we serve from durhampatios.co.uk sets a cookie. You may see one local storage key beginning embedded_iframe, which the form embed uses to lay the form out.
Cookies from the quote form
__cf_bm is the only cookie involved. It belongs to the form provider's domain (leadconnectorhq.com), is created by Cloudflare's bot management, and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Security check
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using the form. It can store a small cf.turnstile value in local storage for its own domain, solely for that check.
Browser storage
Besides the cookie, the form keeps visit-history entries (prefixed v2_ or v3_, with a browser identifier) and a progress record (form_progress_) in local storage for leadconnectorhq.com. Clearing site data removes them.
How to control or delete them
You are in control: delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser. Without them the form may fail to load, so allow cookies for it when you want to send an enquiry.
Changes and questions
Any change to the cookies or storage used will be reflected here. For questions, contact info@durhampatios.co.uk.
